We’re on a mission to strengthen the human-animal bond through better pet care, and we started with a new approach: urgent care.
Because much like humans, pets often show symptoms for which an ER visit is not necessary, but a primary care clinic may not be able to make time for. We felt there should be a comforting, transparent, and thorough place for pet parents to get answers, quickly.
Since we opened in 2019 in Norkem Park, Johannesburg, we’ve treated tens of thousands of cats and dogs. And as we’ve grown, we’ve expanded our services into those of a full-service veterinary hospital, offering our trademark urgent care, as well as routine care, like wellness exams, vaccines and spay/neuter, as well as surgeries and dental cleanings.
The love we feel for animals drives us to do our best — we’re not afraid to roll around on the ground with a pup, and we love the kitten snuggles and puppy breath that greet us each day.
We’ll keep your pet safe from heartworm, bordetella and more — and send reminders when they’re due for a vaccine.
Every pet has a unique microbiome, and we’ll help you zero in on the foods and ingredients that work best for them
We keep medications and treatments onsite, so you’ll walk out of our clinic with everything you need — no need to track anything down.
It’s all in-house — we perform blood, urine and fecal tests, digital X-rays, and other tests on premises to provide fast and reliable results.
Weird poops? Can’t keep food down? We’ve seen it all. We’ll perform an exam and get your pet feeling better in no time.
